Recording Automation in Reason is extremely easy.

1. Make sure you have the sequence track you want to automate armed (you will see a little keyboard and a red record circle).

1. Press Record and then Play on the Transport Bar.
2. Using the mouse, click the knob or button or slider you wish to automate and move it, all movement will be recorded.

• You can also record the automation from your MIDI controller the same way.
